		<description>Hey Steve, I can say that the falls and springs I spent in Seattle were still rainy and overcast.  Yes, in general they are better than the winter (and the summer!), but, still, they weren&#039;t that great.

Despite the weather sucking, Seattle is an awesome city :).</description>

By March or April though, it&#039;s going downhill again until about mid-October, when it picks up again.</description>
